RT Lawrence Corporation (RTL) is a US-based Software Development company with 26 years of experience and have offices in United States, Bulacan and Taiwan. Our Philippine office is a fully established branch since 2004 with roughly 50 employees and growing. We aim to develop next generation B2B products every 7 years to stay ahead of the technology curve. We take pride on our propriety software that we modify and setup base on our clients need and our Bulacan office is very vital in making that happen for any of our US and Canada based clients, thus the graveyard shift hours (for most). As needed, we send staff/s from our Bulacan office to our client site (US) to lead client installs and trainings as well.
The Role Your Responsibilities will include:
Involved both in the front-end and back-end development of RTL's Web Applications. Provide strong/new concepts, strategies and ideas. Identify design problems and devise solutions. Collaborate with team members in integrating various components built for the web application. Be involved in various phases of software development including requirements analysis, application design and development and testing. Ideal Profile Skills Required:
Extraordinary programmer who is similar to an inventor who never gets out of new ideas and love to promote and translate them into NEW SOFTWARE/DESIGN to offer the best software solution in the market to keep RTL on top of offering software solutions. Knows how to get things done easily and comes up with resolutions. Knows what the market needs are and love to promote his ideas among his team. Never afraid of risk neither challenges to give the best solution in the market. Zealous on what he/she does and takes pride of his job. Shall stay true to company's core value that centers on Integrity, Honesty and People (Stakeholders, Management, Employees and Clients) Bachelor's Degree in a relevant computer related field. Minimum 3 years' experience as a web developer. Strong knowledge and proficiency in ASP.Net, VB.Net , C#, JavaScript, REST API, JSON and CSS. Experience with SQL Databases (SQL Server, MySQL). NoSQL Database experience a plus. Experience designing customer facing web interfaces. Very fluent in English, both written and oralin order to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region. Amendable in following US shifting schedule.
