**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Client Engagement:** Respond promptly and professionally to player inquiries via web chat, providing thorough and accurate information regarding games, account management, and related inquiries.
- **Issue Resolution:** Troubleshoot and resolve player issues effectively, ensuring a high level of player satisfaction.
- **Feedback Collection:** Gather and relay player feedback and insights to the development and customer support teams to enhance game features and player experience.
- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of player interactions and feedback in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with other support team members and departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer support and game improvements.
- **Continuous Learning:** Stay updated on the latest game developments, company policies, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support.
- **Performance Metrics:** Monitor and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to response times, resolution rates, and player satisfaction scores.

**Key Requirements:**
- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in a customer support role, preferably in the gaming industry or a tech-based environment.
- **Education:** A bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using chat support software and CRM tools. Familiarity with gaming platforms is a plus.
