Job Description:
MetroMart is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Web Chat Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from Cebu, Central Visayas, PH, with a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via web chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while interacting with customers
- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate
Requirements:
- Independent and confident personality traits
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with web chat platforms
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior experience required, as training will be provided
