Job Description:

Grab Philippines is seeking a motivated and reliable Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Web Chat Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through web chat interactions.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct research to provide accurate information to customers
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously
- Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company
- Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism

Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask
- Proficiency in typing and navigating web chat platforms
- Excellent research and project management skills
- Motivated and reliable individual with a strong work ethic
