Bench is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and committed Web Chat Representative to join our dynamic team in a part-time capacity. As a Web Chat Representative at Bench, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service through our web chat platform while embodying our commitment to diversity and inclusivity.

### **Key Responsibilities**

- **Customer Engagement:** Respond to customer inquiries via our web chat platform in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
- **Inquiry Resolution:** Address and resolve issues related to products, services, billing, and technical support with confidence and efficiency, employing problem-solving skills to achieve satisfactory outcomes.
- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge of Bench's products, services, and policies to accurately assist customers and promote company offerings.
- **Documentation:** Log and track customer interactions in our internal systems with precise attention to detail, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date for future reference.
- **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback on products and services, report back to management on trends or recurring issues, and propose innovative solutions to enhance service delivery.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with other team members and departments to coordinate responses, escalations when necessary, and share best practices to improve overall client engagement.
- **Training and Development:** Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to improve product knowledge and customer interaction skills, ensuring compliance with company standards and best practices.
- **Performance Metrics:** Meet and exceed performance metrics and targets while maintaining a high level of quality in all customer interactions.

### **Requirements**

**Education & Experience:**
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in customer service or web chat support roles.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.

**Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in web chat applications and CRM tools.
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite and other communication tools.

**Soft Skills:**
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

**Personality Traits:**
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
