### Job Description

Globe Telecom is seeking a dedicated and skilled **Web Chat Representative** to join our dynamic customer service team in Cebu. This part-time position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing top-notch customer service while engaging in meaningful interactions with our customers. As a Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and concerns through our online chat platform.

### Key Responsibilities

- **Customer Interaction:** Provide exceptional customer support via web chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and safeguarding high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Issue Resolution:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer concerns effectively and efficiently, ensuring timely follow-up.
- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain an up-to-date understanding of Globe Telecom's products, services, and promotions to offer informed and relevant solutions to customers.
- **Documentation:** Accurately record customer interactions and feedback in the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring documentation is clear and comprehensive for future reference.
- **Performance Metrics:** Meet and exceed performance targets, including response times, customer satisfaction scores, and chat handling efficiency.
- **Training and Development:** Engage in ongoing professional development and training sessions to enhance skills, product knowledge, and customer service techniques.
- **Team Collaboration:** Actively participate in team meetings and collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve service delivery.

### Qualifications

#### Requirements

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a web chat or online support environment.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in using chat software, CRM systems, and other digital communication tools. Basic understanding of telecommunication products is a plus.
