Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

Investagrams is currently seeking a part-time Web Chat Representative to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. As an Associate Level Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our online chat platform. You will interact with customers, answer their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance on our products and services.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner through the web chat platform
- Provide accurate information about our products and services
- Assist customers with account-related issues and troubleshooting
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role
- Reliable and resilient personality traits
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software
