Cropital is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Web Chat Officer, working remotely from home in Taguig, NCR, PH. This position is ideal for entry-level professionals with a passion for customer service and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat.2. Help customers navigate the company website and online services.3. Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting, and general questions.4. Collaborate with other team members to resolve issues and improve customer experience.5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies.7. Continuously improve knowledge and skills through training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:1. Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.2. Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and tasks.3. Proficiency in using web chat software and online communication tools.4. High school diploma or equivalent.5. Hardworking and energetic personality traits.6. Cooperative and critical thinking soft skills.7. No prior work experience required.
