Monde Nissin is seeking a dynamic and motivated **Web Chat Officer** to join our remote customer support team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers via live chat, providing exceptional service that aligns with Monde Nissin's commitment to quality and excellence. ### **Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Support:** Respond to customer inquiries through our live web chat system in a timely and professional manner, addressing their concerns, questions, and needs effectively.
- **Issue Resolution:** Identify customer issues quickly and provide resolutions or escalate requests as needed, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain an up-to-date understanding of Monde Nissin's product offerings, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- **Documentation:** Accurately log customer interactions and outcomes in the support ticketing system to track inquiries, challenges, and resolutions.
- **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback and insights during interactions, relaying important information to management for service and product improvements.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure customer needs are met and challenges are resolved collaboratively.
- **Performance Monitoring:** Adhere to response time guidelines and performance metrics, achieving departmental targets and maintaining a high standard of service quality.
- **Training Participation:** Engage in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
### **Requirements:**
- **Education & Experience:**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support or related fields, preferably in an online chat environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in using chat software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for technical issues related to customer queries.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Highly motivated and driven to provide exceptional customer service.
- Reliable and consistent in attendance and performance.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
