- **Data Entry:** Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system, ensuring that records are up-to-date and complete.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments (such as sales and technical support) to resolve complex customer issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Performance Monitoring:** Track and report key performance metrics related to customer interactions and service quality, working to improve performance where necessary.
- **Time Management:** Manage your schedule effectively to ensure timely responses to customer chats while balancing multiple conversations.
- **Feedback Collection:** Gather insights from customers regarding services and products to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- **Adaptation and Learning:** Stay updated on product changes, company policies, and market trends to effectively address customer inquiries.
### Requirements
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service, chat support, or similar role, preferably in an online environment.
- **Education:** A high school diploma is required; an associate degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in using chat software, CRM systems, and basic office software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
- **Soft Skills:**

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize and handle multiple customer chats efficiently.
