- **Information Management:** Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our systems to ensure a comprehensive understanding of user experiences and trends.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with the customer service and sales teams to relay important customer insights and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
- **Quality Assurance:** Adhere to departmental standards regarding customer service quality, response times, and resolution rates while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- **Continuous Improvement:** Participate in training sessions and workshops, staying updated on product knowledge and industry best practices to enhance service delivery.
- **Adaptability:** Be receptive to feedback and adapt to changes in products, services, or customer expectations, fostering a proactive approach to personal and professional growth.
- **Reporting:** Generate and submit daily reports on customer interactions and issues encountered, providing management with insights for decision-making and process adaptation.

### Requirements:

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- **Experience:** At least 2 years of experience in customer service roles, preferably within a web chat or online support context.
- **Technical Proficiency:** Experience with chat support software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools. Strong computer skills and familiarity with standard office applications are required.
