Web Chat Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Web Chat Officer to join our team at PLDT. This is a part-time, remote work position based in Davao City, Davao, PH. As an Entry Level Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
- Meet or exceed performance goals and targets

Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
- Motivated and reliable individual with strong communication skills
- Ability to negotiate and think critically to solve problems
- Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other online tools
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
