Web Chat Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Uproot Urban Farms is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Web Chat Officer to join our team on a full-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. As a Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently
- Promote sales and upsell products to customers when appropriate
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues

Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Adaptable and hardworking personality traits
- Strong attention to detail and presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service software
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
