Web Chat Officer

Great Deals E-commerce Corporation is currently seeking a dedicated and resourceful Web Chat Officer to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, Philippines. This is a full-time Associate Level position with a requirement of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Web Chat Officer, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers through online chat, providing support, answering inquiries, and assisting with purchases. You will need to be able to multitask effectively, handling multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging with customers via web chat to provide assistance and support
- Answering inquiries and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting customers with product selection, ordering, and payment processes
- Collaborating with other departments to address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation of interactions
- Continuously improving knowledge of products, services, and processes to better assist customers
- Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure a consistent customer experience
