Web Chat Manager - Work From Home

Advance, a leading technology company, is seeking a passionate and hardworking Web Chat Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Makati, NCR, PH. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in web chat management, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our web chat platform to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise a team of chat agents to ensure high-quality customer service and timely responses- Develop and implement strategies to increase chat effectiveness and conversion rates- Monitor chat performance metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate chat capabilities into various customer touchpoints- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the web chat experience- Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:- 7+ years of experience in web chat management or a related field- Strong presentation and decision-making skills- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities- Proven track record of driving results and achieving KPIs- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred- Proficiency in chat management tools and CRM systems
