Web Chat Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

PLDT is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Web Chat Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely, providing flexibility and autonomy in your work environment. As a Mid-to-Senior Level Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our web chat operations to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize web chat performance and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze web chat interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Train and mentor web chat agents to enhance their communication and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and consistent customer experience across all channels
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on web chat performance and key metrics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in web chat management or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and driven personality traits
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in web chat software and CRM systems
