Job Description:
Saphron is seeking a talented and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in web chat management, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our web chat platform to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve web chat performance and efficiency
- Monitor and analyze web chat metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Train and mentor web chat agents to ensure high-quality customer interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate web chat into overall customer service strategy
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management
- Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolution
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to web chat technology
- Continuously optimize web chat processes to increase customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in web chat management, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment
- Adaptable and dedicated with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Proficient in negotiation and people management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with web chat platforms and CRM systems
