As a Web Chat Manager at FlySpaces in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our web chat support system. This part-time role at a Mid-to-Senior Level requires at least 6 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage and monitor the web chat support system to ensure timely and efficient responses to customer inquiries.
2. Train and supervise a team of web chat agents to maintain high-quality customer service standards.
3. Analyze customer feedback and chat logs to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience.
4. Work closely with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
5. Develop and implement web chat performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of the support system.
6. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in web chat support to continuously improve our service.

Requirements:
1. Adaptability and resilience are crucial personality traits for this role.
2. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential soft skills for effective collaboration.
3. Prior experience in managing a web chat support system is required.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
5. Proficiency in using web chat software and basic technical knowledge.
6. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
