Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

Puregold Price Club Inc. is seeking a passionate and adaptable Web Chat Manager to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in web chat management and a strong understanding of customer service best practices.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the web chat team
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality and consistency
- Train and mentor chat agents to provide exceptional customer service
- Analyze chat data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management

Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in web chat management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively
- Experience with customer service software and tools
- Knowledge of e-commerce and retail industry trends
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
