Web Chat Associate - Work From Home

Revolution Precrafted is currently seeking a motivated and confident individual to join our team as a Web Chat Associate. This is a part-time position that allows for remote work from home in Antipolo, Calabarzon, Philippines.

As a Web Chat Associate, your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service and support to our clients through online chat platforms. You will assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and product information, ensuring a positive experience with our brand. Additionally, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to generate leads and drive conversion through chat interactions.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or sales, with a strong background in communication and problem-solving. You must possess excellent leadership skills to effectively manage chat interactions and adaptability to handle a variety of customer inquiries.
