Web Chat Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Plentina is seeking a motivated and resourceful Web Chat Associate to join our remote team in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Web Chat Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar customer service role.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat
- Assist customers with account inquiries, payment processing, and troubleshooting technical issues
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Resourceful and motivated individual with strong analytical skills
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in a team setting
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
