Web Chat Associate

AQWIRE is seeking a confident and dedicated Web Chat Associate to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

As a Web Chat Associate at AQWIRE, your responsibilities will include:

- Providing excellent customer service through web chat support
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Assisting customers with product information, pricing, and order processing
