- **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with the customer service team to ensure consistent communication and the best customer experience.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions, contributing ideas and feedback to enhance our service offerings.
- **Reporting:**
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Report trends in customer inquiries to help the team identify areas for improvement.
- **Continuous Learning:**

- **Performance Metrics:**

#### **Requirements:**
- **Education & Experience:**
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Familiarity with web chat support tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in computer usage and navigation including MS Office Suite and internet applications.
- Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.
