Job Description:
Cebu Pacific Air is seeking a Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. This is a part-time, entry-level position with the opportunity to work from home. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting customers through live chat on our website, providing support, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through live chat on our website to provide assistance and support
- Answer customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and troubleshoot issues
- Ensure all customer interactions are handled with professionalism and a customer-centric approach
- Research and provide accurate information to customers in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions
- Meet and exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction and resolution
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident and motivated attitude
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong research skills to provide accurate information to customers
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Must have a reliable internet connection and computer/laptop
- Fluent in English
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
