- **Product Knowledge:** Develop a comprehensive understanding of Globe Telecom's products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers with their inquiries and promote our offerings.
- **Data Entry and Documentation:** Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and solutions provided to maintain an organized record of support cases.
- **Quality Assurance:** Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure quality service delivery. Participate in training sessions and stay updated with the latest information related to products and services.
- **Team Collaboration:** Collaborate with team members and supervisors to share insights, challenges, and best practices to improve overall performance and customer experience.

### Requirements
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications will be a plus.
