### Job Description
Avion School is seeking a dedicated and proactive Web Chat Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this remote part-time position, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our customer engagement through prompt and effective web chat communication. ### Key Responsibilities
- **Customer Engagement:** Respond to incoming web chat inquiries from prospective and current students, ensuring an excellent customer service experience.
- **Information Dissemination:** Provide accurate and timely information regarding courses, enrollment processes, and other company offerings to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- **Issue Resolution:** Identify and resolve customer issues or concerns promptly, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and empathy.
- **Data Entry and Management:** Accurately log chat inquiries and responses into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, maintaining up-to-date records for follow-up and reporting purposes.
- **Feedback Collection:** Gather and summarize customer feedback on school services and user experience, communicating insights to management for potential improvements.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with marketing and admissions teams to align communication strategies and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
- **Quality Assurance:** Maintain a high level of quality in communication by adhering to established company guidelines and improving personal chat techniques based on customer interactions.
- **Training Participation:** Attend regular training sessions and team meetings to update skills and stay informed about new programs, policies, or changes in company procedures.
### Requirements
- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service roles, preferably in a remote setting.
- Prior experience in web chat support or similar functions is highly desirable.
- **Education:**
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Resilient: Ability to cope with stress and continue providing a positive experience even in challenging situations.
- Motivated: Self-starter who takes the initiative and demonstrates enthusiasm for assisting customers.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong time management skills: Capable of managing multiple inquiries efficiently while maintaining high-quality responses.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in using web chat tools and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with digital communication platforms and online collaboration tools.
- **Language Proficiency:**
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Additional language skills are a plus.
