Web Chat Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

SM Investments Corporation is seeking a reliable and energetic Web Chat Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work position based in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Associate Level Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat in a timely and professional manner.
2. Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively.
3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
4. Utilize decision-making and problem-solving skills to address customer needs.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
7. Work closely with the customer service team to improve processes and procedures.

Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Reliable and energetic personality traits.
6. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service software.
7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
