Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

mClinica is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat platforms. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat platforms
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to customers
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

- Ability to think strategically and negotiate effectively
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work part-time hours
