Web Authoring & Production Qa Specialist (Wfh)

Nityo Infotech is seeking a skilled Web Authoring & Production QA Specialist to join our team!

Required Skills and Experience:
-- 3 years in a digital, web production support, or technical role
-- Experience in QA website processes
-- Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel
-- CMS experience (AEM preferred) for content creation and publication
-- Basic knowledge of online marketing
-- Familiarity with cross-browser testing and methodologies
-- Understanding of web design processes; Adobe product experience desired
-- Fluent English (written and spoken)
-- Self-motivated, with an ability to work across time zones
-- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
-- Customer-oriented, with the ability to convey technical issues in business language
-- Collaborative team player who can handle tasks within tight timelines

Roles and Responsibilities:
-- Website QA: Review sites for accuracy, consistency, and overall quality improvements
-- Web Authoring: Update and create sites using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
-- Documentation: Maintain web processes, guidelines, and support task management
