Summary: As a Web and Mobile UI/UX Designer at Emerge, you'll craft intuitive, responsive designs for web and mobile platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences and brand consistency. The person works with the Brand Management Team and will be under DevOps Team.
Location Preference: Preference will be given to residents of Angeles City, Pampanga, as the office is located in Angeles City. Commitment to a hybrid setup with two onsite workdays per week is required. Your Responsibilities: Transform mock-up designs and wireframes into high-fidelity, interactive UI/UX designs using industry-standard tools. Guarantee all web and mobile applications are designed with a responsive and adaptive approach, optimized for various screen sizes and devices. Uphold high-quality graphic standards and ensure brand consistency across all digital products. Create and maintain a library of reusable UI components to streamline design processes and enhance future projects. Identify and solve UX/UI issues, optimizing interfaces for user engagement and accessibility. Ensure that websites and mobile applications are optimized for maximum speed, scalability, and overall user experience. Develop and execute usability tests, gather feedback, and make data-driven design improvements. Work closely with developers, content creators, and other team members to ensure that design concepts are implemented accurately. Address and resolve UX/UI design-related issues in a timely manner, ensuring a seamless user experience. Utilize markup languages like HTML/CSS & JavaScript to build user-centric web pages that align with UX best practices. Design and develop landing pages in WordPress aimed at maximizing conversion rates for SEM campaigns. Keep up with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and best practices by engaging with industry blogs and attending relevant events. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations related to job duties. Follow the web design and development process and timeline. Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management. Qualifications: Bachelor's/College Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Information Technology, or a related field with a strong focus on UI/UX design. Proven expertise in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, and Sketch, and proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress. Experience with CMS platforms and front-end frameworks is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of responsive web design, user experience principles, and the ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. A self-starter with excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining high creative standards. A critical thinker with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs. Proficient in English, with excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Requirements: Reliable internet access for hybrid work arrangements. A PC or laptop with at least an Intel i5 processor or equivalent. Willingness to work in a hybrid setup, with the ability to work both independently and onsite.
