Qualifications?
- Must be at least be a high school graduate, old curriculum, or Senior HS grad
- with or without Call Center Experience
- With excellent communication skills
- Must be willing to work on site
- Must be willing to go onsite to take Dragon Test
- Must have an ability to understand the customer's needs
