POSITION: Technical Support Representative

Qualification:

- Should have at least 6 months technical support experience BPO and non BPO
- 13 Months experience CSR International experience required
- At least HS or K-12 Graduate
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Positive, self-motivated and energetic
- Must be amenable to work on holidays and weekends and working overtime
- Can start ASAP
- Excellent English communication skill
- Strong analytical skills and comprehension capability
