Qualifications:

- Graduate of bachelor's degree in Human Resource or Psychology.
- Preferably with 6 months to 1 year experience in Benefits Administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, and Excel)

Job Description:

- Reporting of New Hires to Government Agencies (SSS, PHIC, HDMF and BIR)
- 201 filing
- Preparation of payment requests
- Pouching of documents
- Monitor HR Operations email, respond to basic HR queries
- Monitor and update Team Trackers
- Other task that maybe assigned from time to time
