**PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE POSITION**
TheWarranty Administrator reports to the Service Manager and is responsible for processing warranty claims of customers and encoding and preparation of necessary reports needed by the Dealership and customers.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Recommends approval of warranty repair for parts and labor.

Assists in disseminating to technicians regarding warranty policies and guidelines to technicians.
4.
Assist in disseminating Service bulletin, SSC and CSC to all Service Front liners and technical team.
5.
Explains warranty policies, guidelines and procedures to Team Members.
6.
Supports DTL in preparing Technical report regarding repeated problems encountered in Service Workshop relative to warranty matters.
7.
Supports DTL in preparing repair support request whenever needed.
8.
Receives replaced warranty parts and responsible for proper tagging and storage.
9.
Encodes and prepares report on warranty claims submitted to TMP.
10.
Processes and submits warranty claims to TMP.
11.
Appeals out of warranty concerns following TMP appeal guidelines.
12.
Prepares monthly warranty claims report (Cost Recovery Report) for submission to Accounting Department.
13.
Process gate pass of units with Warranty Claims.
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES**
The Warranty Administrator must have the following knowledge, skills, abilities and personal attributes, among others:

With at least three (3) years of related working experience;
b.
Graduate of a technical course;
c. Good computer skills;
d. Leadership skills;
e. Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational ability;
f. Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
g. Problem solving skills;
h. Ability to work under pressure;
i.
Time management ability;
j. Methodical approach to work;
**Salary**: From Php12,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Marilao, Bulacan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
