Proven experience working in warehousing, manufacturing or productionProven customer service experience is preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work flexible hoursLoading and unloading company productsAssist drivers to fine delivery or pick up locationCompiling accurate delivery records and reportsReporting all delivery - related problems to warehouseman or warehouse supervisorEffectively communicating with end user and site in charge to resolve complaintsLeasing with the main office of the warehouse team to notify the driver of any changes to daily routesAssisting with the unloading of the delivery vehicle at the end of each shiftObtaining clients and customers signatures as an acknowledgement of having received the delivered productsEnsuring that all safety policies and procedures are adhered toAssist the driver in maintaining and cleaning of the unitOther duties assigned
