Warehouseman

(a) -Preparing and completing warehouse order for delivery;
(b) -Receiving and processing warehouse stock products;
(c) -Performing warehouse inventory controls and keeping quality standards high for audit;
(d) -Maintain the recording of ins and outs of materials;
(e)- Make sure that the materials on hand are organized and properly accounted;
(f)-Conduct materials inventory from time to time to monitor replenishment and control of i
inventory
(g)- Submit weekly inventory of your site materials, tools and equipment to the Purchasing
Department for proper monitoring;

(h)-Prepare the following forms to account in and outs of materials:
• Material Receiving Slip (MRS)- for all items received from suppliers, Main Warehouse and other site.
• Material Issuance Slip (MIS)- for all items released in your site going to Main Warehouse and other sites.
• Material Request Form (MRF)_ used for any material request, tools and equipment request in your site
(i)-Submit actual inventory of materials, tools and equipment (functional) to the Accounting Dept.
every end of the month and weekly to the purchasing Department for proper monitoring;
(j)- Submit report to the Purchasing Department list of all malfunction tools and equipment every week;
(k) Other duties as may arise from time to time.
