We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmaceutical Warehouseman to join our team. As a Pharmaceutical Warehouseman, you will play a crucial role in the pharmaceutical supply chain, ensuring the safe and efficient storage, handling, and distribution of pharmaceutical products and supplies. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and contributing to the overall success of our pharmaceutical operation. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and record incoming pharmaceutical shipments. Safely and accurately store pharmaceutical products in designated areas. Regularly monitor and update inventory records using computerized systems. Conduct routine inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies. Quality Control and Compliance: Adhere to Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and Good Warehousing Practices (GWP). Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to prevent contamination or mix-ups. Perform product inspections to ensure quality and compliance with pharmaceutical standards. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to address any issues or non-conformities. Order Fulfillment and Distribution: Pick, pack, and label pharmaceutical orders for distribution. Ensure accurate and timely order preparation to meet customer and regulatory requirements. Assist with shipping and receiving procedures, including coordinating with carriers and couriers. Record-Keeping and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing pharmaceutical products. Generate reports and documentation as required by regulatory agencies. Assist with audits and inspections by providing necessary documentation and records. Safety and Security: Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and hazards. Implement security measures to safeguard pharmaceutical products from theft or unauthorized access. Report any safety concerns or incidents to the appropriate authorities. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or training in pharmaceutical warehousing is a plus. Prior experience in pharmaceutical warehousing, logistics, or a similar role is preferred. Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations, including Good Distribution Practices (GDP). Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management. Proficiency in using warehouse management software and computerized inventory systems. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and regulated environment. Physical stamina for lifting, moving, and transporting pharmaceutical products. Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
