Warehouse/Timekeeper

o Monitor and record employee work hours accurately
o Maintain and update timesheets and attendance records
o Provide reports to management regarding employee attendance, tardiness, and productivity
o Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule
o Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
o Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
o Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation
o Complete diary logs into inventory
o Report any discrepancies
o Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
o Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
