Warehouse Team Leader

Responsibilities for warehouse team leader:
Ensuring efficient workflow to meet the demands of customer orders and company SLAs Reviews data and delivers productivity reports to management and offers input on department budgets and cost controls Enforces safety, environmental, quality and compliance regulations & GMP across the warehouse operation Addresses and resolves issues relating to customer satisfaction, logistics and quality complaints Previous team leadership experience in a large complex warehouse operation, preferably within healthcare industry or another highly regulated industry Excellent verbal and written communication skills at a professional level Demonstrated experience in leading change within the warehouse, process improvement and creating SOPs Experience developing, reviewing and analysing productivity reports and making recommendations. Strong SAP expertise Delegate workload Willing to be assigned in Taguig City Job Type: Full-time
