Position: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Mandaluyong
Salary: ?550/day for the first 3 months, with potential increase for fast learners

Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse to ensure efficiency.
Monitor the productivity and performance of warehouse staff.
Receive and dispatch goods promptly and accurately.
Assign workloads and daily tasks to Warehouse Associates.
Communicate with customers to address shipping and receiving inquiries and resolve issues.
Monitor inventory and shipment transactions to maintain accuracy.
Ensure inventory and storage areas are clean and well-maintained.
Supervise Warehouse Associates to ensure safety procedures are followed during forklift and machinery operation.
Prevent claims such as inventory variances, stock damages, and expired stocks through proactive monitoring.
Qualifications
Male, not more than 50 years old.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations.
Computer literate with proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
Willingness to work in a warehouse environment.
Availability to work Monday to Saturday.
Strong attention to detail and excellent inventory management skills.
Willing to undergo training on SAP software.
