Responsibilities:
- Oversees the whole operations of the warehouses
- Monitors daily warehouse transactions including Daily Cycle Count, stocks daily movement including rejects.
- Designates Custodians based on daily production schedule and manpower matrix.
- Monitors the attendance and assignments of all Warehouse Personnel and evaluates and audits their performance based on their KPIs
- Monitors and verifies the inventory accuracy of each warehouse thru implementation of Daily Cycle Counts and other inventory schedules to ensure that no deviation or discrepancy occurs. If it does, strategic initiatives and recommendation of resolutions should be elevated to the PPIC Head.
- Coordinates and follows up with Clients regarding short landed and over landed deliveries.
- Communicates final and actual number of trip requirements to Planner, in coordination with Trucking, based on actual available inventory of finished goods for dispatch.
- Coordinates with Trucking, CSD, Production, QC, IE, and other departments to ensure seamless and efficient day-to-day warehouse operations.
- Verifies and checks physical items delivered by the suppliers versus delivery documents.
- Sends report to PPIC Head regarding the daily warehouse transactions including Daily Cycle Count, stocks' daily movement including rejects.
- Monitors, checks, and ensures complete, on-time, and 100% accurate encoding of data, generation of delivery and billing documents.
- Oversees the daily verification of inventory accuracy of each warehouse by checking the Ledgers (versus the Daily Cycle Count) of Warehouse team to ensure that no deviation or discrepancy occurs. If it does, strategic initiatives and recommendation of resolutions should be elevated to the PPIC Head.
- Oversees the recording of delivery documents versus physical delivery of items from supplier.
- Oversees and coordinates the pick-up of scraps in all warehouses
- Coordinates the disposition of variance reports
- Coordinates the return/disposition of all rejects to all clients
- Monitors the weekly, monthly, quarterly maintenance/cleaning activity of warehouse
- Oversees the transferring of non-conforming materials, products and scraps to the designated area and keeps a monitoring record on the types and quantities of those items.
- Acts with urgency and propriety all items within the supervised area necessitating corrective action.
- Prepares and submits complete and accurate weekly and monthly warehouse reports and ensures timely submission of the same.
- Ensures that all reports should be with the knowledge and approval of the department/business unit head and/or designate.
- Fully adheres to the company's code of discipline.
- Performs other tasks that the PPIC Head and/or TMPO Head may assign from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Engineering Graduate, preferably BS Industrial Engineering graduate or equivalent work experience related and applicable to the job.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Warehouse Supervising and Inventory Control functions
- Preferably with experience in a manufacturing company
- Computer literate (WS, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
