Warehouse Supervisor

Job Details:
Supervising warehouse personnel and daily activities.
Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity.
Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
Ordering supplies and Maintaining suitable inventory levels.
Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
Communicating and coordinating with other departments.
Oversee daily order fulfillment to ensure accurate and quality service delivery
Ensure efficient tasking for all team members
Manage and monitor periodic inventory
Provide inputs in forecasting and ordering merchandise
Check delivery of goods in fulfillment center
Manage, coach, and motivate team members
Prepare periodic reports8.
Maintain timekeeping and personnel records

Graduate of any 4-year course
With relevant experience as Warehouse Supervisor
Willing to work in San Pedro, Laguna

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Santa Rosa City, Laguna: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Warehouse Supervisor: 1 year (preferred)
