Warehouse Supervisor

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees the general operations of a warehouse and its staff. They handle the recording and maintaining inventories, advising the imports received and items exported. He/she trains employees and ensures their performance is adequate. He/she maintains high-quality standards in the warehouse, keeps track of inventories, and reports the same to the management.

· Responsible for maintaining and overseeing inventories and supplies by managing the operations of receiving, storing, issuing, and delivering items.

· Ensures the safety of the warehouse and its condition as well as effectively supervising staff.

· Achieves high level of management and customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, storing, dispatching, and assuring the quality of goods

· Organizes, plans and maintains adequate inventories and cleanliness/organization of storage areas.

· Ensures incoming and outgoing shipments and inventory transactions' accuracy

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Candidates preferably with a bachelor's degree in supply chain management or any related fields.

· Proficient knowledge of inventory management and controls.

· Effective time management and interpersonal skills.

· Positive work attitude.

· Comfortable working in a collaborative environment.

· Can work under less supervision.
