Warehouse Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment.
Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff, ensuring high performance and safety standards.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and productivity.
Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
Key Qualifications:

Experience and Skills:
5+ years in warehouse supervisory roles
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management
Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)

Leadership:
Proven leadership and team management skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Effective interpersonal skills

Safety and Compliance:
Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and regulations
Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with WMS and data analysis

Education:
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred:
Certification in warehouse management or logistics
Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
