JOB DESCRIPTION
A Warehouse Supervisor oversees, monitor and supervise warehouse operation which includes but not limited to stocks inventory, logistics, manpower, asset management, process improvements and implementation and generation of reports.
Functions:
• Oversees, monitors and supervises the following section:
ReceivingPickingChecking for Loading of StocksFilingLogisticsRepacking (Pakyaw) Ensures accuracy of inventory in the system to maintain suitable inventory levelsManages, evaluates, make reports on warehouse productivityTrucking and coordination of receipts, storage and timely delivery of goods and materials.Prepares discrepancy reports on sales orders vs. deliveries, unserved items, and good/bad orders.Evaluates and recommends manpower movements and process improvements based on operational needs.Adheres to the company's Code of Conduct and make sure the same is implemented and adhered by the workforce.Optimize workflow JOB QUALIFICATIONS College graduate3 years' work experience in Inventory/Supply Chain ManagementProficient in Microsoft Office and SchedulingExcellent analytical and planning skillsGood communications skillsGood people, asset and business partner management
SALARY RANGE: Php 15,000-18,000/ month
WORK LOCATION: Mandaue City, Cebu
WORK SCHEDULE: Mondays - Fridays only
