Warehouse Supervisor

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain and control warehouse inventory monthly
• Receive and endorse the Supplier, CLP and Shipment deliveries
• Ensure that correct quantity, specification and packaging has been received by comparing received goods with information on the work order

• Identify any damaged or missing goods and record pertinent information
• Ensure that supplier's delivery forms are signed only upon satisfaction of completed order
• Give instructions to team for Supervisor/Manager concern
• Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials, placing orders in production area and ensure that they are in good condition.
• Prepare Online chairs report
• Update Bin card or stock card
• Assist in Warehouse Maintenance such as replacing weak floors, placing rack support, setting up racks)

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment within the Warehouse.
• Ensure basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
MANPOWER SPECIFICATIONS
• Must be a college level or equivalent.
• Must have at least 2 years of work experience in the same capacity and /or in the same industry
• Must have good communication with a strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management and the ability to multi-task and adapt a fast-paced environment.
• Must have the following skills, abilities and attributes: good oral and written communication, organization; with high sense of confidentiality and anticipation, high level of trustworthiness and integrity, resourceful, creative and analytical.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and other database applications
