Warehouse Supervisor

Duties and responsibilities:
• Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations
• Monitor the productivity of its staff
• Receive and dispatch goods
• Assign workloads and daily tasks to Warehouse Associates
• Communicate with customers to answer shipping and receiving questions and troubleshoot problems
• Monitoring inventory and shipment transactions for accuracy
• Ensuring inventory and storage areas are clean and maintained
• Monitoring Warehouse Associates to ensure safety procedures are being followed when operating forklifts and other machinery
• Ensures no claims such as but not limited to inventory variances, stock damages and expired stocks.
Qualifications:
• Male not more than 50 years old.
• At least 3 years work experience in warehouse and logistics background
• Computer literate.
Must be familiar with Google sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Must be willing to work in a warehouse environment.
• Must be willing to work Monday to Saturday.
• Attention to details and good inventory skills.
• Must be willing to be trained on using SAP

Salary Range (Php): Training rate of 550/day.
As soon as employee familiarized with the work required and is able to deliver as expected, salary will increase to minimum wage.
Regularization is 6 months but minimum wage can be implemented even if not yet regular as long as he is able to deliver.
