Warehouse Staff

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Receiving 1. Receives inbound deliveries from local and foreign Suppliers. 2. Validates the quantity and quality of all delivered items in Warehouse. 3. Ensures accurate tagging and system entry of all received items and materials. 4. Monitors and communicates received products subject for return. 5. Keeps up-to-date records of the Receiving Stock Inventory. 6. Reports all encountered concerns related to operations and inventory. Allocation 1. Performs sorting of all received items and materials in the Warehouse. 2. Ensures accurate and complete processing and dispatching of all Sales Orders. 3. Monitors and documents the Inventory Transfer Request in the system. 4. Coordinates and ensures an organized fow of transfer of products to the Logistics Driver. 5. Secures good warehousing practices and maintains safety mindset at all times. 6. Reinforces confdentiality and security of fles and database. 7. Protects the image and interest of the Company at all times. 8. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to tim
