JOB SUMMARY
Warehouse Staff is responsible for a variety of tasks that support the efficient operation of our warehouse.
This includes encoding data, monitoring inventory, and assisting with general warehouse duties.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
• Encoding: Accurately input and maintain data related to inventory levels, shipments, and deliveries in the warehouse management system.
Generate reports to track stock levels and inventory turnover.
• Inventory Monitoring: Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
Assist in the organization and labeling of inventory for easy identification and access.
Collaborate with the inventory team to identify slow-moving or obsolete stock.
• Warehouse Helper: Assist in the loading and unloading of goods and materials.
Support the packing and preparation of orders for shipment.
Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and complies with safety regulations.
Help other warehouse staff as needed, demonstrating versatility in various tasks.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Respond promptly to urgent requests and adapt to changing workloads and deadlines.
• Compliance with the Management System ( ISO 9001:2015 , ISO 14001:2015 , ISO 45001: 2018 , RBA Code of Conduct).
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Knowledge:
• At least a vocational level education or equivalent experience in warehouse operations.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in data entry and familiarity with warehouse management software.
Skills and Abilities:
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as required.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
