Warehouse Staff (Computer Literate)

The Warehouse Staff (Computer Literate) will be responsible for managing inventory, processing orders, and ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities. Proficiency in basic computer skills is essential for this role as you will be required to use inventory management software and other digital tools. The Warehouse Staff will collaborate closely with other team members to maintain accurate records and efficient workflows within the warehouse environment.RESPONSIBILITIES:- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming materials for accuracy and quality.- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient storage and retrieval.- Utilize inventory management software to track incoming and outgoing shipments.- Collaborate with other warehouse staff to streamline processes and optimize efficiency.- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records.- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding inventory status, potential issues, and solutions.REQUIREMENTS:- Senior High School diploma or equivalent.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.- Proven experience working in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.- Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn new software systems quickly.- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.- Basic computer literacy including familiarity with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.REMINDER:CAN START ASAP!Salary: Php 462/day Php 12,012/monthWork Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
